When it comes to integration and sponsorship success, it is hard to find anyone that can match Tamar’s extraordinary career.

She has been the driving force behind the network’s most famous campaigns, with award winning work for Budget Direct, Dell and most notably Coles. Over a remarkable 15 years, Tamar has played a critical role across the Coles MasterChef partnership, one of the most admired and long standing campaigns in Australian media. A partnership that continues today with ideas and innovations as fresh as the integrated ingredients.

Whether it’s pantry runs or Survivor contestants running for a KFC dinner, Tamar has led some of the most innovative, authentic and results driven multi-platform partnerships across Paramount’s most loved programs. There is no mystery to her success. She simply understands how best to connect brands and fans in meaningful, surprising and memorable ways.

Sydney born and bred with a proud Armenian heritage, Tamar started out in the Business Development team, working across branded station initiatives, before becoming the commercial lead for the long-running and popular music program Video Hits.

In 2022, Tamar was nominated a finalist in the ‘ B&T Women In Media’ Account Manager Category. She prides herself on leading with a passion for Paramount, its products, its people, and its clients, always empowering her team to drive innovation and creative thinking.
